Founded in 2016 in Surat, Biofics is a forward-thinking waste management and bioenergy company committed to transforming organic waste into valuable resources. What started with a single composting unit has grown into a nationwide operation trusted by over 5,000 clients and driven by a passionate team of 200+ experts.

Established our first waste processing plant in Surat. Recognized as a top startup in India by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India.

2018

Subtitle Confidence

Ranked among the Top 40 Startups at Vibrant Gujarat 2017. Secured 1st Rank and represented Biofics at the Modi–Netanyahu event in Gujarat.

2020

Subtitle Heading

Honored by the Governor of Gujarat. Sanitized 5 cities as part of our COVID-19 relief efforts.

2022

Subtitle Consistency

Launched the SMART Biogas machine and Waste-to-Energy (CBG) model. Awarded a 100 TPD organic waste processing plant project by Surat Municipal Corporation.

2024

Commenced our first CBG project. Transformed Jagannath Temple precinct into a Zero Waste Zone.
